Returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
Apparel must have hangtags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
Please allow 10 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return is processed.
Exchanges: To process an exchange we can provide you a new product at equal value if it is in stock at the time we receive your original order back, if not we will issue store credit for the price of your return.
Currently International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer experience team email@example.com initiate an international return.
