How Do I Return?
- Visit our returns center - click here.
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Be sure to read the guidelines below on eligibility for returns and exchanges
Reasons your return may NOT be approved:
- Tags (if applicable) have been removed, reattached in a different location or with a different technique
- Dog hair or hair of any kind
- Odor of any kind - including detergent
- Product was Final Sale
Keep it fresh & take your time, but we’ll make it quick.
- Keep it fresh & we’ll accept it. Returns are accepted when the item is in brand new and resellable condition with tags still attached.
- Take your time - products to be returned within 30 days of in person purchase or delivery.
- We’ll make it quick - You can expect our customer experience team to get back to you as fast as possible, at most, give us 3-5 business days to process your order once it arrives at our facility.
Post 30 day return/exchange requests:
Domestic Exchange Policy:
- All accepted items are eligible for an exchange 30 days from the delivery date as inventory permits.
- Inventory is not held for exchanges. It is on a first come first serve basis.
- We suggest you repurchase items from the website to ensure that you are getting your desired item. (If you choose to use this route, we will refund the exchanged item(s) back to the eligible form of payment.
Shipping: When exchanging for another size, the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us will be the responsibility of the customer, not LRX. Please refer to our product sizing under each product.
Currently International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an international return.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted/final sale items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days of the delivered date with photos and proof of the defect. Anything after 7 days will not be eligible.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
- If a product is purchased with cash or venmo, refunds will be done with store credit.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 working days after approval. If rejected, you will be eligible for store credit from our customer experience team.
